I found this idea in a craft magazine. They could be decorated like this for Christmas ornaments too, I think.

Very pretty Kathy!! Yes they would be time consuming, you can get the sequins that are on a roll, wonder if that's what was used?
I saw these carved eggs on a facebook post recently and was amazed at them!! I would have them broke for sure!!

Are they real egg shells, or some kind of ornaments made to look like eggs? I can't see how someone could put pressure on an egg shell to make the cuts without crushing the whole thing.
