Planting garlic today! Heavy frost here last night! I've started wrapping my coops for the winter...must be cold..lol rain forecasted for the next 5 days. So galic goes in today!

Ack All we've gotten here is rain. Everything is green and Lucious and lawns too wet to cut.

yep same here kenya! rain and more rain. and more on the way. sigh. i can hear our beans and corn rotting on the stalks i swear! i did manage to get my 50 garlics planted. but given my recent surgery, and not being able to get to ground level, i have no idea if they're planted the right way up, sideways or upside down since i just jammed in the shovel and opened a slot and dropped the piece in....lol. they'll grow or they won't. And the other bonus is we have a squirrel....so they'll likely all just get rearranged and eaten anyways LOL.
