tree trimming done right

Not sure if this belongs in the gardening, but spent last two years contemplating an oak branch hanging over the roof, finally broke down and called an Arborist, instead of the usual 2 guys with a chain saw.
After convincing DH that he indeed couldn't climb up with a chain saw and trim the branches, it was smooth sailing all the way :)
They came during a snow storm, did an amazing job and then RAKED the branches from the surface of the snow.......!!!!!
