How about some Roses?

Post by muffin57 » Mon Jul 25, 2016 11:29 pm

Hey Ontario Chick...you started something. I also love roses. Some of my roses have finished blooming, such as, my yellow ones, but here are a few. I would like to see everyone else's.

What is the 3rd one from the top? I love that one! i'm looking at maybe putting some roses in at the farm, and always looking for ones i like....LOL. we're zone 6a (or 5b depending on the year) so i'm 100% sure if they survive at your place, they'll survive at mine!

I'm not sure what type it is WLLady, but I will check later today to see if the tag is still on it. I have more too that are finished blooming and maybe one yet to bloom I have red, yellow, white and a multi colored one.

Here are a couple more of my roses. WLLady I do not know that name of the orange/peach rose. No tag left on it.

Beautiful rose's muffin!! :love smiley:

Over the years I have tried my hand at roses, mostly tea roses which I always lost one per winter. Either to winter kill or rabbit annihilation, so I gave up on those. I do however have the Canadian Explorer roses and they are winter hardy and they are so prickly the rabbits don't touch them. :rabbit:

Beautiful. I love roses, but I love goats too so most of my roses look pretty bad ;)
