Not sure what's up this year but odes anyone else have giant parsnips already???? They are huge and I wouldn't normally expect to harvest until well frosted.

Haven't checked yet, but the tops are big....
also very unusual the front lawn never dried up, which happens every summer, makes me think enough water for both???
..and wetland neighbors sump pump ;) ?

and our resident free range turkeys..

if I harvest the turkeys after they have eaten the Swiss chard, does that count as meat AND veg ?
