Sure it is, it's bred in the bone roflmbo

how would I explain otherwise, that although I grew up in a very large city downtown Europe, the pull of the land seems to be always there.....
so either genetic or acquired insanity ;)

after giving up on parsnips for the last few years, I though after reading your comprehensive instructions, I would give it one last shot.
Yesterday we had a lovely meal of grilled parsnips, beauties to behold...'

OC I'm jealous of your lovely parsnips! I bought seeds this year and never got around to sowing them. Maybe next year, if they last that long.......

Linda...parsnip viability drops drastically after the first year ..you will do better with fresh seeds from this year's crop... :run:
