Can I go anywhere a passport photo is taken for my PAL photo? Some were saying that Walmart photos are often rejected because they aren't to specks. I'd rather not go through the hassles of resubmitting.

Suggestions appreciated.

We took ours with our phones against a neutral wall and printed them on photo paper....no problems. Just make sure they are the right size and a neutral bckground.

I took my own, printed it to size on photo paper and Lizzie was my guarantor.
