That looks like a different type of falcon to me, one of those red shouldered ones maybe?

OOOOOOOh Happy, I am so pleased for you. My falcon ran away from home last winter. Wouldn't come to perch on my arm, nothing. And about the time she left a chicken showed up that looked a lot like her. This chicken wont have anything to do with me, very standoffish, lays an olive green egg every day, but wont let me anywhere near her.
