Moose hunt
Anyone going this year? If so, what area? Bow or gun?
Been invited to join Chantelle's father's family this year. They have hundred year leases on 2 camps, on 2 separate lakes about a mile apart, near Wawa. Boat into the camps, almost no one else goes back in there. We have a bull and a cow tag. At 48, I'm the youngest guy in camp.

Re: Moose hunt
Had an enjoyable and successful moose hunt in Wawa. Great bunch of guys and one of the group got a young bull on opening day of the hunt. Lots of moose sign around as well as some wolf and bear sign. Plenty of great “moosey” looking areas to explore.
