Any things possible . I've seen 4 crows sitting on a corral fence & then hop to ground attacking a banty hen here with chicks under her & as she lunged to protect the chicks were picked out from under her by another crow kinda like a pack a coyotes or wolves attacking even pecking the hen until I managed to intervene .These were very young chicks just a mouthful . Luck

I had a hawk flying around the barn yesterday when I arrived and all the chickens were inside and the fellow that owns the place I keep them has caught 2 coons over the last week...the wildlife is coming out again!

Found a coon in the barn yesterday... suffered no losses. :-)
