Congratulations Ross.

I sat yesterday afternoon until dark. No action other than the Blue Jays eating my corn pile.

Try apples . Seems to work here . Most orchards have blemishes you can get for next to nothing . Luck

Yes,apples are out and I planted two food plots as well. The drought didn't help them at all. However, the turnips are up and the greens keep getting nibbled. I have some pumpkin insides out there too.

The animals are smarter than me though....except for that daredevil squirrel I ran over. It must have jumped onto my tire as I drove by because it felt like it was on for a couple of rotations.

it's called "hunting". not "catching" LOL. at least that was my aunt's favorite saying. :-) along with "never go first, stay in the middle and carry a big stick". all good advice i think.

I'm going to try again this coming weekend and then i'm done.....not hunting ML this year, and getting out and being able to move the next day is getting rougher....so we shall see if i see anything this coming weekend, and if not, well, we won't starve, and hubby is hunting first ML week....
