They look healthy! I'm curious to see how this all works out, I've always been afraid to try bees, seems complicated! We don't have much use for the honey but I'd like the beeswax.

When you open the lid it smells so good. Like sweet beeswax. My hive tool has some propolis?...whatever it is called on it and I keep making anyone who comes here smell it. LOL.

I looooove the smell of propolis. After I work my hives it's not uncommon to catch me smelling my hands lol. Sounds weird, but the smell is amazing, and I don't wear gloves working my bees so my fingers get a bit propolized at times.
