2nd pics were 2 days. I leave them in the incy for at least 24hrs.
Oh and something happened agained overnight. One of the next batch hatched early. Due Tuesday.

OK it happened again. 6 new babies. Good job I always lock down early because 2 arrived yesterday the rest this am. Not due until tomorrow. Pretty common to come early with BSWs.

as a distraction, i have 13 Welsummer eggs in the incy..test run on a couple of the pullet eggs with them...the pullets have been spraying eggs out, strong shells and good membranes...3/4 size mostly as their systems mature...the 'moms' are a little slower getting going which is fine ..two more weeks and a bit to see whats what

sounds good...collecting eggs as we speak (type?) ...the peppers were planted a while ago and are doing well..tomatoes just sprouted...
