Poultry Talk Ontario (pto.ca)

The two of them have been hanging around the house for a few days now , it sounds to me as if mom is encouraging some independence and the "baby" male I assume is looking for an easy street.
As I was trying to get a picture of him sitting on the fence, he started peeping to me ? so I thought great, now he thinks I am his mom........
when DH and the dog showed up from back of paddock, the baby showed some inclination of landing on my head, just had enough time to snap a picture and duck

yeah this what I was thinking, somebody told them there used to be a "take out" here before !!!
