Yes sweet potato. Haha! Good eye. Brussel sprouts too. A few of my not so secret ingredients :)

The bread is what I call old school. Simple. Flour, water, salt and yeast. Sit on counter over night to ferment(?) and cook in cast iron pots with lids. Crusty outside, moist inside.
