I had a post on here of the Ameraucana Roos that hatched from eggs that @Kenya sent me. I was going to post these pictures on the same post, of the new babies hatched from the Lavender hen I obtained locally and the black roo from Kenya, but it doesn't appear to be here. Anyways attached is a picture of the Lavender mom and the Black roo. Last year we hatched 2 black hens and 1 black roo from them. These pictures are our recent hatch from them this year. We have another hatch the second hatch of the two just happening and the last one from them, as we sold the Lavender and her black roo offspring. Our next hatch will be from the black roo and two black hens his offspring. They should be hatching at the beginning of May.
First picture is the of Lavender and Black Ameraucanas followed by their offspring.

Here is a few pictures of all of them. We were lucky to get all Black Ameraucanas last year. These pictures were just taken recently before selling the Lavender and her male offspring. The hatch in the previous pictures look like 2 Lavender and 2 Black.

Thanks for posting. I got a trio from Kenya a couple years back, and so we have cousins, Good birds, thanks Kenya.
I also like your setup, not over fussy but very functional.

Thanks guys and yes thank you Kenya for the beautiful birds. We love them. We are using a big dog house that has a couple of rooms in it and the roof lifts up for easy access to clean and collect eggs. We just need to get new shingles put on the roof. My husband is going to build more of these houses this summer hopefully. We use sand in our coops and that works really well. We use healthy straw for the nests. They seem very happy with their house.

lol Killerbunny, so true. I took a few pictures, but it was difficult to get them to look at camera and smile. They kept turning their backs on me.
