Serama chicks

Post by Shnookie » Sun Jul 21, 2019 2:48 pm

My Serama chicks are 4 1/2 weeks old now. I may have more pullets than I thought. Some of the combs are a bit wonky.

Here are the ones I think are boys.

Here's a group shot showing the tails and colors. The two black boys have other colors coming in on their chests and necks - rust and gold.

Not sold on #3 being a roo. I had a Serama pullet with a comb like that. That's a wait and see for me. Other than that, very nice looking group. You must be very happy with them!

I think #3 is a boy because of the comb and the long tail. In the group picture #3 is the brown speckled one on the left side. I won't be selling any until I'm sure who's who.

The white one started crowing yesterday. What a funny noise! They are 6 weeks old now.

I like the colour of the brown one one the right, little rooster of course, I always go for the roosters. Like the little black and white pullets too!
