I “rehomed” a mirror this morning from my house to the chicken house. Sherman has his own mirror in the run but the young ones have never seen a mirror before. Surprisingly it was the hens that were all over it.
Lulu thinks this new chick looks bossy.

LOL - hilarious! I'd never thought of putting a mirror in the chicken house.

Re: New mirror
Oh they love mirrors. I first realized this when I saw Sherman in my driveway staring at himself in my hubcaps! So I bought him a mirror and he has spent hours in front of it.

Love it, will have to try one for the girls but I bet its the roosters that will spend the most time in front of it admiring themselves.
