Jaye, what do you do with them? Strictly pets, for shows, quail egg breakfasts, eventually on the dinner plate....?
They are quite the pretty birds.

We keep them for eggs, and entertainment. They won't be going on the dinner plate.

... Although next year if plans for expansion actually happen and we start incubating and hatching out our own, any males may wind up being grown out as meat birds.
