Pearl is my only splash OEGB and the only splash bird I’ve ever had. I’m curious if they typically have blotchy skin and scales. Pearls legs went speckled about the same time her splashes started coming in.

Intersting, I only had Splash Wyandottes and Ameraucanas, the legs on Ameraucanas are blue so it wouldn't be visible and Wyandottes are yellow, pretty sure there were no splashes on skin or legs, which means absolutely nothing, since different breed Varieties aren't necessarily identical.
I am sure somebody on PTO will have come across this and will know.

Depends on what breed and what is behind ( genetically ) the bird whether or not they will have mottled legs. My splash moderns out of Blue and Silver blue do not have spots but have slate legs... I would say there is something in the back ground here .. ??? If you know where she came from ( your stock or from another breeder ) that might shed some light on the situation

Thanks for the replies everyone (even you @Farrier1987 lol)
@modern17 I hatched her from eggs from someone else who had several colours of OEGB together and I believe his birds came from several different places so there's no telling. Out of those eggs I got a blue, a blue sport (so I've been told but I don't really understand the term), a blue/red, 2 BBR, a Wheaten and this Splash. She does lay a slightly darker egg than the rest - it's leaning towards a very light brown.
