2018 hatch at 5 month

Post by Ontario Chick » Sat Nov 03, 2018 11:51 am

I must say I am quite pleased with the remaining 10, at 5 month they have filled up nicely.
The "brave cockerel is still with them, but will have to be separated once the heating bowls go in.
Still acts more like a hen, so not holding too much hope for his stud possibilities ;)

This makes me doubt his future as a possible future herd sire :)

Thank you Kenya, I am really surprised how happy I am with them, they have lovely wide bodies, with the Black (as usual) better type then the Columbian, I am pretty sure I have hit the proverbial wall with the Columbians and got out of them whatever they were able to give genetically speaking. :)

Oh, they're beautiful OC! I can't tell, what colour is the leakage on Mr. Brave? Is that gold, or silver?
