Here ther are at four months. No combs, no wattles. I keep looking for pointy hackles and long saddles, or spikier messy crests, but nobody is crowing or even clucking yet.

Omg they are fabulous!!! I have very limited knowledge about the breed (ok no knowledge!) but I’m guessing all hens. How on earth do they see?

No experience either, but pictures #1 and #2 seem more rooster-like to me.

R=They are gorgeous. I too know nothing about these but look at the pretty, dainty little legs and feet. All hens?????

This reminds me of a joke we told as kids to crack each other up.
Farmer 1 my pig got his nose cut off
Farmer 2 How does he smell?
Farmer 1 oh, terrible, as usual

They do apparently have trouble seeing, so they spook easily, and don't see anything coming from above. There are youtubes on how to tie their crests into ponytails or cut them so they can see. So far so good though.

The third picture is definitely male, since one of the girls has plucked his beard clean. Number four is definitely female, and the head barber, as she has a full, untouched beard roflmbo
