4 hatched Tuesday, and another 2 last night...and 5 more eggs. Peach is quite hapoy to bring the babies out for a little scratch and peck and a big hand full of mealworms then ushers everybody back to the nest to wait for the rest of their little brothers and sisters. She is a very good mommy

Love the rainbow that mix breed gives! Every version of chipmunk cream and brown...and then a black one and a white one added to the nest. 😁

Yes, then I wasnt sure which was which, and it was only 2 days later, so ...well...you know... lol. I kinda figured she would leave the other eggs once she had a few babies but so far she brings the 6 out for a snack and drink and then trots them all back to the nest to wait for their brothers and sisters. Ive been hand feeding her lots of meal worms, and crumble & water are available within a foot of the nest. She's proving to be a brooding machine!
