Just to muddy the issue, there are three genes for feathered legs. Two are incompletely dominant, and one is recessive.

@Killerbunny , I think some of the eggs I got from you a couple months ago, as well as Cheryl, are part Brahma as well...? Because I needed to mix up the Brahma pea comb with my EE pea comb so I could no longer tell who laid what roflmbo . I knew what I was in for, and did it anyway roflmbo . At any rate, the chicks I hatched from your eggs have very little, if any, leg feathering. "Mom" gets upset when I try to look. Makes me think it's one of the incompletely dominant types, gets diluted the more it's bred out with clean legged birds. I think I got that right.
