Meet Peach!
Peach is the only pullet out of a hatch of 5 eggs. My first ever hatch...and it was probably lucky to have happened. I had bought ready-to-lay pullets in April, just mis -matched pretty barnyard mixes. By August, Speckles went broody. I didnt realize that was kinda a rare thing and so I borrowed some eggs from another person that had a rooster (but had not been proven at this time) and let her sit. 4 boys and Peach (we also kept Alvin from this hatch, but he deserves his own story! Lol). She is the sweetest and such a pain in the butt! Always underfoot and wants to see what you have and what you are doing. She's soooo cute! Just thought she needed an introduction....

Diligently follow the path of two swords as one. Percieve that which the eye cannot see. Seek the truth in all things. Do not engage in useless activity.
