Haha OC I think she's already taking a liking to the animals! We have a bunny in the house and she's been trying to play with it. She can't see over the metal skirt around the run but there is a partial barrel she jumped up on and sat down and just watched the animals for about 20 minutes. She was quiet and didn't move at all. Shes a good girl and didn't want to leave when it was time to go in. I can't believe how well behaved she is for a 2 month old pup. I think we got really lucky with her.

We found this tiny spring peeper, I haven't seen many of these but we sure hear lots of them.

@thegawd your pup is gorgeous. My old chocolate lad was the best boy with my chickens. He wasn't raised with them but he was super gentle and "quiet" around them.

Thank you Happy! We have a 13 year old black lab and she's absolutely perfect with our birds and mostly fine with our rabbits (she can't get to them). She will play with our rabbit we have in the house however and its pretty entertaining.

She loves rabbits though and if ever presented with the opportunity to dine on one she absolutely will. I've caught her cleaning cotton tail pelts before.

I'm so happy right now! Our old dog Brena finally dropped being stubborn n decided the puppy is a friend! They have been playing for about half an hour and it's the first time Brena hasn't been mean to Cocoa. I think the old dog is getting tired but her tali is still waging and she's still playing! OH What a relief!

Great news, you may want to protect the old girl, pups tend to be relentless,
Brena wasn't being mean, she was just correcting the puppy which is a normal interaction, once the pup gets it and backs off they are on their way to become buds. :-)
