Spent a pleasant aft, watching Mactavish organizing his girls, his second day out, yesterday he mostly just hang around pretending to be an all around relaxed rooster and today he was all out marshaling the girls around.
They were kindly humoring him :)
This lolygogling has got to stop
everybody paying attention now?
That's much better, now follow ME !
Mactavish the great organizer....

Lol it makes me laugh that the hens just pretend to listen.
Also I've decided that you are naming my next rooster! You choose the best rooster names.

Re: Mactavish the great organizer....
As a rule I don't name chickens simply because I wouldn't remember their names anyway, but between the Blue Ameraucana rooster and the Blue Wyandotte rooster and the Blue Columbian rooster, the "barn staff" was starting to get confused and didn't know who the heck I was talking about, just then I was reeding HAMISH MACTAVISH IS EATING A BUS (don't ask) and I thought what a great name and I would remember that, hence Hamish and his brother Mactavish :)
"Lucky" only became Lucky when he moved to KB's otherwise his prospects were going to be pretty unlucky

"Chunky" brought his own name, so can't take credit for that one
