Chicks
3 weeks old tomorrow and SASSY! Lol
I think colouring says these are both girls but that one sure acts like a roo.
The Cochins are mesmerized by them and right after this interaction Harley went inside and crawled into a nesting box and cooed and clucked trying to convince his girls to be mom's lol.

Re: Chicks
Aww thanks. The house is far too "normal" at times now. I was shredding cheese for burritos tonight and missed how he would dance around hoping for some fallen shreds. Then when he found one he would try to lure hubby over to it by clucking and picking up/dropping it lol. He was always the favorite hen

Re: Chicks
Thx FRF. And ya I've been thinking that one was a roo from hatch day lol. The barring still says girl tho I think...will get some updated pics up and get opinions. I'm hoping both girls since they are already named Laverne and Shirley!Flat Rock Farm wrote: ↑Fri May 05, 2017 8:49 pmThose chicks are beautiful Happy!! And yes Happy the house rooster passed away April 1st. I'm not really sure what it was but he had been battling something for a while. I thought he had bounced back but then he went down hill quickly
