LOL, that wasn't on my shift! You have to submit an application, in triplicate, for a "Christmas Review Adjustment" form T2242 and include proper photo ID and include two references. The form must include the year of review and your address at the time; as well as the name of your schoolteacher to verify your "goodness" and attendance. Be sure to include a $25 non-refundable review fee payable to North Pole Matters. (Keep in mind that the matter of the "Swiss Bank Account" is still under review.) upon receipt of a succesfully completed application you will be assigned a case number and case officer who will conduct the necessary interviews. If successful, the gift in question must pass the new "politically correct, culturally sensitive, ethical and recylable" gift review list. If not appropriate, a list of potential replacement gifts will be sent to you. Expected response time is 22 months. If your application failed or was incomplete, there is no further review process.
