I should be more "Mature" ~ BUT I'M NOT!!!!

Post by Poultryprincess » Mon Oct 17, 2016 10:48 pm

I bought my first SPLASH chick ( Thanx Gillian!)
The plan was a female for "Blackula" my Blue Showgirl Rooster ( Thanx Frances! )

Me thinks it's a male....but time will tell.
It has been ornery, stand offish & in a bad mood.
The SPLASH chick was beating up my Blue stripper chick
( Stripper is twice it's age, but similar in size )
I decided to bring it in the house to try & Tame it.

Well it's almost a week, & Finally the chick will let me pet it.
It sits quietly ( for a little bit ) on my lap a few times a day.
It has started making Happy chirping noises.
Time to join the others soon.

In the meantime ~ I have "FALLEN IN LUV" with this Splash chick!!!
The colors are Amazing & the head Poof is beautiful.
SO I'm going to post a pic of my AMAZING, GORGEOUS, SPECTACULAR Splash chick
( like I said, I should be more Mature...but I'm NOT - LOL )

She's beautiful, how old is she? I wouldn't worry about her being standoffish making you think it's a male, my Diva was just like that and turned out to be a girl, and she as well would try and bully the others.

Thanx kenya, I am keeping my fingers & toes crossed.
I think she would make some beautiful babies with Blackula
( my Blue showgirl roo )
Chick is only about 7 weeks old.
Still has a BIG attitude, guess when you are this good looking you can be anything you want - LOL

She's been a little spoiled at my house, perhaps that's why she's a DIVA? She got preferential treatment because she was picked for you, she got more attention, first to the food....it may be all our fault lol!
