Ava isn't an A+ student yet, but she'll get there. She has a vibrating collar on. Without the collar it's a little tricker to correct her when she's on the run.

(I really wish the grass would give up and die all over or grow healthy. I have never had such horrible looking grass. It's been a rough year)

shes an absolute nut job. After I release her from her sit, stay, she runs on the grass area like a lunatic until she does a chin plant because she trips over her own feet. It's like it kills her to behave LOL

Bert, it has not been easy to get to this point. I spend at least an hour on top of the regular chores with her each day. Her prey drive seems to be a little higher than I would of wanted, but unfortunately for her, I am the most determined, resilient, stubborn owner she could of ended up with. She WILL be the dependable trustworthy flock guardian.

The ducks, chickens and cats are allowed to eat out of her bowl ... Because the flock are food hounds and when food is around she knows I own it, not her. Then everyone is 'safe'

And these ducks had to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to the top of the deck for feeding time. Food hounds!
It's not so hard for chickens but the ducks don't climb stairs as easily lol.

For dog or cat food, ducks will scale mountains.
