Great improvement for sure!
I have seen several "re-makes" from ugly shed to great chicken coop and mostly all that is kept from the ugly shed is an "excuse"

Everyone is in! Fairly peaceful - just one young Polish taking runs at the Roo. just a few pecks here and there. Mostly over who gets to roost beside the Roo!

I have a severe case of coop envy!!! You make me want to tear down and start over. Nice job :)

Oh no, you never tear down, you build a new coop and then you will have an extra space in the old coop, just in case......
