I have seen several "re-makes" from ugly shed to great chicken coop and mostly all that is kept from the ugly shed is an "excuse"

Our new coop/rabbit house!
Everyone is in! Fairly peaceful - just one young Polish taking runs at the Roo. just a few pecks here and there. Mostly over who gets to roost beside the Roo!

They look very happy with their new digs.
