I'm on it!!! She has 20 pups on the go right now (2 litters) and I'm trying to not stalk her hahaha!!

23 days! I'll be heading up to visit them in a few weeks, pick out my girl. Exciting !!!!!!

A pup should be taken from the litter at 8 weeks. A pup taken too early could have permanent psychological/behaviour problems. A good friend used to raise Belgian Shepherds: similiar in body shape and temperament but different body colour.

From Brad Pattison tv show "at the end of my leash", most "dog" problems were really "people" problems: folks not consistent with dog training or giving the dog the exercise they need. I remember one big dog that was dangerous and he separated the dog from the people saying the dog couldn't be retrained: that the aggression/fear/mistrust of the dog was a result of being separated from mother too early.
Other books I have on dog training say that pup should stay with mom 8 weeks.
