You retain rights to your photos but by posting them here you also are agreeing to giving rights to PTO to remove or alter these pictures (size adjustment for example) as needed. To maintain memory usage at a low level we are entertaining deleting photos after a certain time period which at this point will be determined by the time when we run out of data storage capacity.

Common sense and expecting people to do what I tell them to do... E.G., asked an EIT to pretend a curved retaining wall is a 1 m wide straight wall and don't do a 3D curved analysis because it takes too much time... Well he did a 3D analysis... Why!? Why after just graduating do you think you can make decisions like this. 
The "trust" one is good too... The relationship is never the same afterwards...
