I hope you don't mind @Happy that I add a comment,
but there are so many that hit home,
Although I am mostly able to styfle myself and try not to say what I am thinking because mostly the person I am speaking to isn't the one at fault,
but caught myself having to control my "facial expression", when I realized I looking with absolute disgust on my face at prices at the meat counter,,
and couple of weeks ago when buying a washing machine, listened to the insurance sales pitch, said I wasn't going to purchase appliance insurance, which prompted another stronger sales pitch at which point I said I WILL NOT PURCHASE THE INSURANCE while making a step towards the salesman, that certainly ended the pitch, but I think I will need to control my body language too ?
