Wee New Years present

Post by Brebis » Tue Jan 02, 2018 2:16 pm

Got 3 very sweet Wyandotte pullets from @Killerbunny before Christmas and one of them gave me a present today! It’s a bit fragile for her first one but not too bad compared to one of the older girls eggs for size.
She left it on top of the nest box, hopefully she figures it out soon!

Not sure which one it was, they have all been squatting for me for the last week when I open their door!

Congratulations! Some of my new Ameraucana pullets started laying in December - a couple on the floor, some in the nest, and few dropped from the roost.
It's been so cold I am impressed that they are laying at all.
