I don't know if your breed does it, but males often sit on the waterers and feeders. I have 2 week old EOs that often sit up on the feeders, and my 8 week old Ameraucana males sit on the waterer.

The others have more pronounced streamers ( or waddles )
But I see little spikes or maybe just thinner sections.
