Checked out the rest of the pictures, not an Albino, but definitely Strawberry Blond, the rings on the tail are reddish color.
It was very high up in the tree, wouldn't say it acted out of ordinary, but will keep en eye out for it.
The dog is never loose, it's the chickens I worry about.

Blond raccoon?
It's funny how the color throws you, I actually thought a Badger although I am pretty sure we don't have them here, too big for a cat but I wasn't 100% sure it was a Raccoon until I took few pictures and put them on a large screen.
