Are you a contractor? Need a job?

I am very curious about the interview process for this job. Is there a pole in the middle of the interview office? Measuring stick? What? How would .... Anyways. We teased a few employees about the fact that we 'got this job' and those who stepped up got a pay incentive. Say what you will about construction guys in general, but surprisingly none of ours were willing (married and non-married guys). One guy even said 'I have a right to refuse unsafe work!' HAHA! Omg! The laughing. Of course it's my humour and not everyone's.

LOL i don't know which is scarier.....that someone would post and be that open and "honest" about what they are looking for, or that there might be someone crazy enough to apply?? ;-P

Hahahahaha!!! Doug, my mortgage is up for renewal this year. Wow!! It's a good laugh for sure. I'm waiting for gardening season myself.
