Chicken math gone wrong.
You go to some farm to buy some chickens.
They have emus there. Hey , tell me bout those.
In a few months you have a couple emu. Well damn ,
They are both males. So you get a couple females.
Then you discover blonde Emu.
Well you gotta have some of those. Now there is 7-10 emu out there...
But wait...white emu? Omg...I gotta have!
You take a long road trip...or several long road trips.
Now you have invested thousands of dollars and no way to protect them...so you get a couple guard dogs.
Of course the guard dogs turn into house dogs , so the emu are still unguarded.
So you get a donkey to protect them.
Now , your donkey is lonely , he needs a friend . So you get him a girlfriend. And they don't practice safe sex and have a baby.
Fast forward a dozen years...
Now you have 40 emu , 4 dogs , 3 donkeys and ducks (cuz ducks go with chickens) and a $20k a year feed bill.
And all you wanted to do was
Save money on eggs.
Be careful when doing chicken math.
