Stress is real, I've spoken to so many people that can't sleep at night and feel unsteady during the day for no reason at all.

I've stopped watching the news at night after 6pm. Everyone is watching COVID-19 they really should be watching Putin.........I'm not sleeping at night either...lol

At some point I'd really like to get off this ride and get my money back!!!

@Ontario Chick I was watching an interesting PBS documentary about civilisations and this was about trade in the Indus Valley region. Wonderful engineering little war and peaceful trading. Then it all fell apart within 200 years. Archaeologists then found skeletons that appeared to have been diseased. They were saying this looked like the first cases seen of leprosy! The cities stopped trading for fear of the disease and then nutritional deficiencies took over especially in the children because of lack of food. All gone in a short time.
