Are those Guinea fowl? If so would of been one big alarm system right?

Would they normally eat it? A few of my chickens had some small garner snakes in the summer.

mine are ruthless with snakes.....the last one was a garter snake about a meter long that they terrorized in my garden. They were chasing it around and pecking at it, i scooped the snake and relocated it out behind the manure pile. but they kill snakes, no problem at my place. i wish they didn't, i like the garters...
