Since this gave me a good ol' belly laugh, I though I would share.

MY E- MAIL to my friendly neigbourhhod grocery store 2 weeks ago

re: todays order
My grocery order today included a 10 lb bag of sweet potatoes, which I didn't order.
They weren't charged to me, but I assume that they are missing from another customer order.
Regards, H

Hey, how did you know ?
unfortunately I hate sweet potatoes, so the actual question is, what do I do with them?
In the past I would just donate them somewhere, but since I don't go anywhere, looking for a way to deal with them just before they go in to compost pile ......

Sad, but funny!

If I didn't like sweet potatoes, I would cook them, and give some to my dogs. I'm a raw feeder, so a little veggie matter is good for them.

Do you have a neighbour who you could give them to (or plop them on their step with a note?) Wish I lived closer as I LOVE them.

split one lengthwise and leav it in the chicken house, they should eat it. If not, cook it and they sure will.
