SPAM shortage!

Post by Killerbunny » Tue Mar 03, 2020 9:24 am

I kid you not. Apparently some folks have stocked up on Spam due to the coronavirus. A BC Costco reported running out.
You cannot make this stuff up!

Stop with the food shaming. It's not that bad. ;-)

Full disclosure: I have a can in my pantry for 'just in case'. It keeps a long time, doesn't need refrigerating. Also, this Spam recipe looks interesting:

As kids we loved fried spam with eggs, haven't had it in a long long time but if I saw it I would try it again.

Spam and eggs in a pinch. Not gourmet, but quite edible.
