Pulled pork as an addition is pretty darn good. For me, minus the cheese. Yuck!

Dang, love poutine!! Don't eat it that often, we call it heart attack on a plate. My Mum each year when she comes up has to have it at least twice. They have never heard of in the Southern US.

And my pet peeve is when something other than curd cheese is used. Some folks (not wishing to offend anyone) even use that yellow pus in a jar stuff - cheese whiz?

Poutine with cold-packed moose meat. Oh, yeah. Smells like canned dog food, but tastes like heaven. Can't get much more Canadian than that!
