If not, change jobs/career! Live is waaaaay too short to waste it on work that's not fun, too.
Assuming that I could barter for food, shelter, transportation, healthcare, ... so that I could still live from the job.

I would certainly keep my home/farm job. I would scale back my other job...fewer people to supervise...but yes. I would continue to do both as long as i was able.

Seems to me that most jobs can be make work projects...like paperwork for administration things....i sooo dont understand why 50% of my time is filling in forms.....for what?....i still havent figured that out....so that part i would leave behind. Completely. Theres nothing for it and no point to it.

All I do is paperwork to Rev Cans standards and it annoyes the hell out of me! I've been doing it for 26 years and I can do it with my eyes closed. There isn't a mental challenge in my 'day' job ad that's why I would shut it down the first chance I got. I love to learn. I'm looking at courses in the fall at Niagara College because really, I'm going to lose my marbles of i don't. I'm going to get my A licence, possibly AZ this summer - just because and then I'm going to work on getting my M licence. Just because. I'd love to be a 9-1-1 operator, dream job, but it is a rare day I can get through a food bank shift without tears LOL.
