When we lived in Quebec we found English speaking dentists in Richmond QC an hour away. Great dentist, up on the latest procedures, fair prices. The dentist had his "partner" running the office. We were invited to their house for a summer BBQ party with a hundred other people...had a lot of fun.
Every 6 months would go by I'd tell Carla "time to book an appointment with the "tooth fairy". She'd blow a gasket "DON'T ever say that out loud again!"

It was accurate....and funny...even if not politically correct.

Grabbed an armload of seedling containers, to start transplanting peppers and tomatoes. Richard sees me carrying them back to the house and says, "what are you doing with those?" Me, distractedly, "I'm going to plant some pot."
