OMG @Killerbunny EXTREMELY CUTE!

Kids are getting older and I'm trying to get into better shape by exercising.

First Curling
So I have bruises on my bruises. I'm taking a crash course at Alliston Curling Club. Tues to Thurs from 7 to 9 pm. Yesterday I wasn't sure if I could curl. Tonight. Well, I think I can do this. I have bruises on my bruises. I have watched curling many times and I never noticed that they put teflon on one shoe and you have to balance on the Teflon foot and stretch your other leg out behind while sliding. Today we did sweeping. It's backbreaking, aerobic, and not easy to do at all. The whole game is difficult to master. LOL.

Second Archery
I also started archery at the Archers of Caledon and that is another sport that is difficult to master.

Third Ball Hockey
I'm playing ball hockey on Mondays and I've come to the realization that I'm too old for hockey. LOL. Think this is my last season. 🥵🥵🥵

You need to find something you love to do not just for the sake of exercise. We swim 3x per week in a Masters Group. This is for swimmers 18+ who aren't necessarily athletes.

Speaking of exercise, I have to check when our local arena will have their ice in. Then I can get to the Friday morning adult skate. They let me plug in my phone to the sound system so I can play my music and skate.

Ha ha Ontario Chick, but I'm guessing that you walk the dogs. That counts as exercise :).
