Good morning all you brave survivors ;)
Happy Thanksgiving to all, was a bit worried last night , since it sounded like the coyotes were fighting over some tasty tidbits last night, but it looked this morning like everybody is accounted for, the Bambies and turkeys on their way to work at 8am...

In the field across the toad, hence the sign at the end of our driveway ;) they don't seem to have a turkey sign yet , although we do seem to be running out of posts to put them on.

I must admit they leave behind one unholy mess :)
They roost in the giant white pines in the back paddock , which has aded some apparently badly needed protein to the dogs diet in the form of turkey feathers and of course for desert some turkey poop

There is one turkey with a limp ....lagging behind the flock a bit....... but I guess that would be against some law , right ? ;)

You would be doing the humane thing OC. Remember though to rest for minimum 3 days (the turkey) and brine it for 24 hrs!
